How did it all begin?
The owners of The Greek Stop previously owned Pelagos Greek Tavern and have been serving traditional Greek cuisine since 2002. We specialize in Greek Street Food offering delicious food items such as Souvlaki but also offer a variety of other food options. We have over 15 years of experience serving customers and we have the knowledge, capacity, skills and staff to pump out thousands of orders quickly without long waiting times.
What do you like most about being a stallholder?
Meeting other stall holders and being outdoors.
What do you like least about being a stallholder?
Melbourne weather.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
In our well established mobile food vendor business..
What one piece of advice would you give to a new stallholder?
Research everything about the industry before you spend too much money on a food truck or equipment.
